This notice explains how Public Hygiene Designs, Inc. collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit this website, contact us with general or partnership inquiries, or take part in the Clinical Perspective Program.

Information we collect

Website visits. Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times when you visit the website, including the 3D demo.

General and partnership inquiries. When you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and any name, organization, or other contact information you choose to provide.

Clinical Perspective Program. If you request an invitation or participate, we may collect professional name, title, email address, specialty, institution or practice, location, NPI number or professional profile link, invitation source, survey answers, optional comments, follow up interest, participation acknowledgments, invitation and response identifiers, submission times, and program administration records.

For program security and reliability, we also process security challenge results and a one way security fingerprint derived from network and browser data. A cookie maintains verified invitation access to the program. We do not use advertising trackers or third party analytics on the Clinical Perspective Program pages.

Why we use information

We use website and correspondence information to deliver and protect the website, maintain reliability, respond to inquiries, and discuss partnership or licensing opportunities.

For the Clinical Perspective Program, we use information to verify professional eligibility, issue and manage invitations, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, create and deliver completed PDFs, communicate about the program, preserve product development records, analyze nonidentifying aggregate results, and support commercial evaluation of the underlying nasal care opportunity.

Clinical Perspective Program participation and public use

Participation is voluntary and nonconfidential. Participation does not constitute a product endorsement, efficacy determination, medical claim, or substitute for formal testing. Public Hygiene Designs may use responses in nonidentifying aggregate analysis and commercial evaluation. We will not publicly use a participant's name, individual comments, or attributed quotation without separate written permission.

No patient information

The program is not designed to collect patient information or protected health information. Participants must not include patient names or other patient identifying information. Public Hygiene Designs does not describe this program as HIPAA compliant because patient information is neither requested nor needed.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security checks, structured database storage, and private PDF storage. Resend provides automated email delivery. Google Workspace receives and stores company email addressed to Public Hygiene Designs. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable privacy and security terms.

Storage and retention

We retain general and partnership correspondence as needed to respond, manage ongoing discussions, and meet legal or business recordkeeping needs. Retention of routine website technical records depends on their operational and security purpose and our service providers' applicable practices.

Survey records and completed PDFs are stored privately and are not published at public response links. We generally retain accepted survey responses and related product development records for up to seven years after the program closes, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal or business recordkeeping. Unapproved invitation requests and routine security records are generally removed sooner when they are no longer needed.

Sharing

Website and correspondence information may be processed by the hosting and email providers described above, shared with professional advisers when needed under appropriate duties of confidentiality, or disclosed to authorities when legally required.

We do not sell professional information collected through this program. We may share information with service providers described above, professional advisers who owe appropriate duties of confidentiality, a potential commercial partner during controlled evaluation, or authorities when legally required. Where practical, commercial analysis is shared in nonidentifying or aggregate form.

Security

Program safeguards include controlled invitations, professional email verification, automated abuse protection, restricted administrator access, private storage, and audit records. No internet system can guarantee absolute security, but we use safeguards appropriate to the information described in this notice.

Your choices

You can choose whether to contact us or participate in the program. You may decline future program invitations through the link in an invitation email. For privacy questions or to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email contact@publichygienedesigns.com. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or integrity purposes.

Contact
