This notice explains how Public Hygiene Designs, Inc. collects, uses, stores, and shares information through this website and the Clinical Perspective Program.

Information we collect

We may collect professional name, title, email address, specialty, institution or practice, location, NPI number or professional profile link, invitation source, survey answers, optional comments, follow up interest, participation acknowledgments, invitation and response identifiers, submission times, and program administration records.

For security and reliability, the website may also process limited technical information such as browser type, security challenge results, access times, and a one way security fingerprint derived from network and browser data. We do not use advertising trackers or third party analytics on the Clinical Perspective Program pages.

Why we use information

We use this information to verify professional eligibility, issue and manage invitations, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, create and deliver completed PDFs, communicate about the program, preserve product development records, analyze nonidentifying aggregate results, and support commercial evaluation of the underlying nasal care opportunity.

Participation and public use

Participation is voluntary and nonconfidential. Participation does not constitute a product endorsement, efficacy determination, medical claim, or substitute for formal testing. Public Hygiene Designs may use responses in nonidentifying aggregate analysis and commercial evaluation. We will not publicly use a participant's name, individual comments, or attributed quotation without separate written permission.

No patient information

The program is not designed to collect patient information or protected health information. Participants must not include patient names or other patient identifying information. Public Hygiene Designs does not describe this program as HIPAA compliant because patient information is neither requested nor needed.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security checks, structured database storage, and private PDF storage. Resend provides automated email delivery. Google Workspace receives and stores company email addressed to Public Hygiene Designs. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable privacy and security terms.

Storage and retention

Survey records and completed PDFs are stored privately and are not published at public response links. We generally retain accepted survey responses and related product development records for up to seven years after the program closes, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal or business recordkeeping. Unapproved invitation requests and routine security records are generally removed sooner when they are no longer needed.

Sharing

We do not sell professional information collected through this program. We may share information with service providers described above, professional advisers who owe appropriate duties of confidentiality, a potential commercial partner during controlled evaluation, or authorities when legally required. Where practical, commercial analysis is shared in nonidentifying or aggregate form.

Security

We use controlled invitations, professional email verification, automated abuse protection, restricted administrator access, private storage, and audit records. No internet system can guarantee absolute security, but we use safeguards appropriate to the limited professional information collected.

Your choices

You may decline future invitations through the link in an invitation email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your professional information by emailing clinical@publichygienedesigns.com. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or integrity purposes.
